• 1 syringe with 4g, available in the shades EA1, EA2, EA3, EA3,5, EB1, EB2, EC2, DA1, DA2, DA3, DA3,5, DB1, DB2, DC2, T-neutral.
• 1 syringe with 2g, available in the shades opaque A, B and C.

Step by step

The intended use of this product is in the indirect system.

Step 1 of 6

After proper machining of the metal structure, with the due mechanical retentions, apply a sandblast, aluminum oxide or glass spheres, and then wash and dry well.

Step 2 of 6

To improve adherence of Opaque Composite on the metal, we recommend: apply a thin layer of Ambar Universal APS (FGM) with a fine brush or Cavibrush (FGM) and spread well; then, apply another layer and photoactivate for 30 seconds.

Step 3 of 6

Apply a thin layer of Opaque Composite over the treated metal structure, from 3 to 5 minutes, in a light curing oven. Repeat this operation until the desired coverage.

Step 4 of 6

Increment with Opallis LAB, progressing (observing the thickness of 1.5mm per layer) and add to the light curing oven for 1 minute at each increment.

The final light curing time will be 2 to 3 minutes.

For finishing and polishing, use sanding disks Diamond Pro (FGM) and felt disks Diamond Flex (FGM), with the help of polishing pastes Diamond ACI and ACII (FGM) and Diamond Excel (FGM).

Note

Alternatively, you may use LED light curing devices or with halogen bulbs, with minimum power density of 400mW/cm2; however, the light beam must be directed towards each face separately. Therefore, the light curing time for increments of up to 1.5mm would be 1 minute per face for opaque, and 3 to 5 minutes per face.
