Scan Body

Scan Bodies FGM are devices made in PEEK that fit over the screw-retained intermediary analogs or Arcsys Frictional Implants and are used to scan these components digitally during scanning.

Three different Scan Bodies are available, corresponding to the following items: frictional implant, abutment (rotational and anti-rotational) and mini abutment (rotational and anti-rotational).

Please note! The CAD / CAM library enables CAD / CAM user labs to more accurately adapt machined infrastructures on prosthetic components. The laboratory should download the library and extract the files in the folder indicated by the equipment manufacturer.

The Arcsys System has libraries for three different CAD / CAM systems: Exocad, 3Shape and Dental Wings.
