The Aikkon Implant System was developed to redefine the standard of simplicity in implantology, presenting a unique platform that includes diameters ranging from 3.3 to 5.0 mm, with a hybrid design indicated for all bone densities. It features an 11.5° morse tapered conical connection, which provides versatility and prosthetic precision.

Flexibility and simplicity in rehabilitation planning

High Precision Connection
Precise fit to favor mechanical stability.

INCLUDED
Silicone Cover
Hybrid design for all bone densities
Single Prosthetic Platform
Narrow diameters from Ø 3.3 to Ø 5.0 mm in a single prosthetic interface, which allows the use of the same type of prosthetic component in implants of different diameters.

High Locking Efficiency
Exclusive macrogeometry promoting bone compaction. High stability that allows immediate load.
Excellence within a complete portfolio of implants
Superior Mechanical Performance.
IMMEDIATE LOAD
Promotes high-performance bone interaction, favoring primary and secondary stability and safety in high-torque placement for immediate load.
Optimizes the osseointegration process.
Expert Testimony
Unparalleled
clinical efficiency!
Aikkon components are smart and provide efficiency and simplicity in rehabilitation treatment.
Single prosthetic platform
With 11.5° Conical Morse Taper Connection widely diffused in dental implantology.
Performance that defies standards
Superior aesthetic results with a complete portfolio of prosthetic components.

Contra-angle Implant Driver
Accuracy and Safety: Precise capture system and safe transport of the Aikkon implant, ensuring reliability during installation.

Implant Driver
High Strength: for final installation of implants with anti-lock characteristics – suitable for high-torque applications.

Torque wrench for abutment installation
Precision in placement: Prosthetic drivers designed for component placement.

1.2 mm FGM Drivers
High strength: indicated for screws through prosthetic components, overdenture abutments, healing abutments, protective caps, copings, and prosthetic screws.
Design that favors
stability and precision.
PRECISION drills
The possibility of single drilling.
Single-step drilling saves time compared to traditional staggered drilling. However, whenever the conditions of the implant site require it, or according to the professional’s preference, drilling can be staggered with the same available drill bits.

Clinical Safety
Its geometry allows the adaptation of drill stops making the procedure safer.

Enables collection of bone tissue
through the side channels, without the need for additional interventions.

Accuracy from start to finish – Active Tip
The geometry of the active part of the drill bit, with high cutting power, provides precision at the beginning and during drilling.

The characteristics of the side channels,
the active tip, and efficient irrigation reduce vibration, increasing the quality of the final results.
Kit that enables the integration of the two Implant Systems:
Aikkon (Conical Morse Taper) and Vezza (External Hexagon).

Clinical Case
Prof. Dr. Rogério Romeiro
In this clinical case, four Aikkon implants were placed in the mandible, following the surgical protocol of the All-on-Four technique. Perforations were performed with the Precision Drills, allowing a single drilling step, which ensured operative accuracy and clinical efficiency.

1 – Initial intraoral view of the mandibular region, showing the clinical conditions present before the start of treatment.

2 – Marking with surgical pencil used to guide the final positioning of bone perforations, aiming at precision in the execution of the procedure.

3 – Execution of single drilling in the mandibular region with the Precision drill, aiming at directional control and minimal invasiveness.

4 – Image of the Aikkon implant.

5 – Installation of the Aikkon implant.

6 – Insertion torque recorded at 60 Ncm, allowing suitability of immediate load.

7 – Mini Aikkon abutments installed on the implants.

8 – Frontal view of the protocol prosthesis.

9 – Final appearance of the installed prosthesis.
