Istruzioni Post-processing
indossare occhiali di sicurezza, una maschera e guanti in nitrile senza polvere della misura corretta, quando si maneggia la resina o si lavora su apparecchiature in aree contaminate da materiali di stampa non polimerizzati.
- Al termine del processo di stampa, scollegare il piano di stampa dalla stampante, seguendo le istruzioni del produttore dell'apparecchiatura.
- Utilizzando una spatola metallica, rimuovere il pezzo stampato dal piano;
- rimuovere con attenzione i supporti di stampa dal pezzo stampato manualmente. Non applicare una forza eccessiva all'oggetto stampato: una forza eccessiva potrebbe danneggiare il pezzo durante questa fase. I supporti più difficili da rimuovere possono essere tagliati con una piccola pinza. Non preoccuparsi se rimangono piccoli segni dei supporti; questi possono essere rimossi durante la fase di finitura.
Per la pulizia corretta di VoxelPrint Ceramic , seguire uno dei seguenti metodi descritti di seguito:
Step 1:
Utilizzando un tovagliolo di carta, rimuovere il materiale non polimerizzato dalla superficie del pezzo stampato. Con un panno imbevuto di etanolo (>90%), pulire il pezzo stampato, rimuovendo completamente la resina non polimerizzata. Si consiglia di utilizzare uno spazzolino a setole morbide per facilitare la rimozione completa della resina dopo il passaggio con il panno ibevuto, nonché un micro-applicatore per pulire le aree difficili da raggiungere come fori e cavità con angoli vivi. In questo metodo, evitare di lasciare il pezzo a contatto con l’alcol per più di 1 minuto; ATTENZIONE quando si pulisce con il panno, rimuovere immediatamente le aree visibilmente bagnate con l’alcol.
Step 2:
Con un tovagliolo di carta, rimuovere il materiale non polimerizzato dalla superficie del pezzo stampato. Dopo questa fase, immergere il pezzo stampato in un contenitore contenente una soluzione creata al 40% alcool e restante acqua , che può essere un agitatore meccanico o un dispositivo di pulizia a ultrasuoni. Immergere per un massimo di 3 minuti. Si sconsiglia l’uso di alcol domestico, poiché potrebbe contenere altri composti chimici non idonei. Pertanto, si consiglia l’utilizzo di alcol al 92%, 96% o 70%.
Step 3:
Utilizzando un tovagliolo di carta, rimuovere il materiale non polimerizzato dalla superficie del pezzo stampato. Dopo aver rimosso l’eccesso, utilizzare un generatore di vapore (tipo vaporizzatore, con vapore ad alta pressione) per applicare vapore ad alta pressione sul pezzo, rimuovendo completamente il materiale non polimerizzato. Anche la pressione dell’aria contribuirà a questa rimozione.
Nota: a causa dell’elevato contenuto di vetroceramica, se i restauri rimangono immersi per un certo periodo di tempo in etanolo o alcol isopropilico, i pezzi stampati sviluppano una finitura superficiale opaca biancastra, che può essere rimossa solo durante la fase di lucidatura o mediante sabbiatura. L’immersione in questi solventi ad alta concentrazione può compromettere le proprietà meccaniche del prodotto. Pertanto, eseguire la pulizia utilizzando uno dei tre metodi descritti in precedenza.
Per ottenere le proprietà meccaniche e la biocompatibilità desiderate, VoxelPrint Ceramic deve essere sottoposta a un processo di post-polimerizzazione in un sistema a luce UV con intensità e durata appropriate.
- Dopo la pulizia e l'asciugatura, lasciare riposare il restauro stampato per almeno 10 minuti per assicurarsi che non vi siano residui di alcol.
Ogni dispositivo di polimerizzazione presenta caratteristiche di intensità e lunghezza d’onda differenti. Questi fattori influenzano direttamente il tempo di polimerizzazione e le proprietà finali del materiale.
