She was dissatisfied with the aesthetics related to the color and shape of the anterosuperior teeth<\/p>\n

Initial evaluation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When performing anamnesis and clinical examination, satisfactory gingival health was found. In line with the patient\u2019s complaints, the possibility of whitening, restorations in teeth 12, 11, 21, and 22 of unsatisfactory shape and dental disproportion in the upper incisors was observed.<\/p>\n

To assist in the planning, photographic documentation, and molding of upper and lower study was conducted for making whitening trays and diagnostic wax-up.<\/p>\n

Treatment performed<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As an initial stage of the treatment, prophylaxis and the take-home whitening stage was performed with Whiteness Perfect 10%<\/strong><\/a> for three weeks, with personalized treatment for two hours a day. In the in-office whitening stage, a session with Whiteness HP Blue 35%<\/strong><\/a> was performed in a single application for 40 minutes.<\/p>\n

The restorative stage was waited 15 days. When performing the color analysis of the teeth, the composite resins EBL3, DA1, and Trans N of the Vittra APS<\/strong><\/a> line and the color T of the Opallis Flow<\/strong><\/a> line were selected. After absolute isolation, the palatal shells were made with a thin layer of Vittra APS<\/strong><\/a> Trans N resin, followed by the mamelons with DA1, filling of the incisal with Opallis Flow<\/strong><\/a> T color to give a more translucent aspect to the restorations and finished with Vittra APS<\/strong><\/a> resin in EBL3 color in a single vestibular layer.<\/p>\n
