FGM Dental Group’s Privacy Policy (“Policy”) was created to demonstrate our commitment to safeguarding the privacy and protection of users’ personal data (“Users”), as well as clarifying how we treat their personal data. This Policy applies to the institutional website of FGM Dental Group.

FGM Dental Group needs to collect and process Personal Data in order to be able to offer the services available in Nosso Ambiente, as well as to comply with legal requirements. If the User chooses not to provide some of this Personal Data, some features or services will not be available.

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, veracity or updating of the Personal Data that he provides to us. This Policy will be interpreted in accordance with current and applicable Brazilian legislation, in the Portuguese language, with the jurisdiction of Joinville, Santa Catarina being elected to settle any controversy involving this document, except for the specific exception of personal, territorial or functional competence by the Applicable Legislation.
