Allcem Core
Allcem Core
Dual-curing resin cement for core build-up and adhesive cementation of intraradicular posts and prosthetic crowns.
- 3-in-1 product
- Adhesion to any substrate
- Mechanical strength
Benefits
3-in-1 product: Indicated for core build-up, cementation of posts and crowns.
Dual curing: Chemical curing in environments where light does not reach and light curing to facilitate the core build-up work.
Radiopacity: Possibility of radiographic diagnosis.
Practicality: The product is applied evenly inside the root canal, dispensing manual mixing and insertion with Lentulo drills.
Mechanical Resistance: High resistance to bending and compression.
Adhesion to any substrate: Excellent adhesion to dentin, enamel, CAD/CAM blocks, ceramic, porcelain, resin and metal.
Recommendations
Definitive cementation of:
– Intraradicular posts (fiberglass, carbon or quartz and metal).
– Prosthetic crowns (ceramic, laboratory resin, metal or metal-ceramic).
– Indirect Restorations (inlays, onlays, overlays).

Step by step
With the operatory field free of moisture (under relative or absolute isolation), start preparing the canal in the length previously determined by the Whitepost (FGM) protocol.
The application of phosphoric acid and dental adhesive in the canal must follow the protocol of the respective products used, according to the adhesive procedure.
Using the auto mixing nozzle with intracanal applicator, apply cement into the canal and position the post. The overflowing cement may be used to make the core build-up and further material should be added around the post. The working time is approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds, and the light-curing time is 40 seconds per increment.
Once the posts are cemented and the core build-up in their gross format, wait for the chemical-curing time (6 to 7 minutes, intracanal) and perform the necessary wearing of it.
Cementation of final crowns may also be made with Allcem Core, using the same adhesive protocol (acid etching and adhesive application).
